This medium duty clamp is larger than the U-2 with more clamping applied and holding force. The U-4 has heavier gauge steel in the bars and handles and a larger link all increase the strength compared to the Model U-2. The UCS-4 model has both a closed bar and a side mount base. No spindle is provided with this model.
